When can I support you?

Everyone faces unique challenges. These are some of the moments where I can help you find clarity and wellbeing.

Life Transitions & Adaptation

Starting from scratch is scary. Whether it's moving to a new country, leaving a career of many years, or facing a new family stage. I don't speak from theory—I walk with you through uncertainty so you can stop surviving on "autopilot" and take back the wheel of your life with clarity.

Anxiety Management

That constant mental noise, the self-demands, and the feeling that "if you stop, everything falls apart." We'll turn down the volume on fear and rumination to build real tools. The goal is for anxiety to stop making decisions for you so you can reclaim your peace of mind.

Addressing Depression

Sometimes depression doesn't look like "not being able to get out of bed"—sometimes you do everything, but inside you feel completely empty and disconnected. We'll work together to recover your vital energy, challenge those beliefs that dim your light, and reconnect with what truly gives meaning to your days.

Grief & Loss Management

The pain of a loss (of a loved one, a relationship, or that life you left behind) doesn't go away by making a "clean slate." It's not about forgetting, but about giving yourself space to process it and learning to build new layers of life and hope around that wound.

Identity & Self-Esteem Rebuilding

Amid daily demands, we often treat ourselves worse than we would a stranger. We'll work on your self-compassion so you can stop punishing yourself for your mistakes, regain confidence in who you are, and strengthen your "Psychological Capital" to face life's challenges.

The therapeutic approach

My work is based on a cognitive-behavioral approach, which allows for structured work with thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. But I don't limit myself to a single model.

I incorporate techniques from third-wave therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and Positive Psychology, adapting each intervention to what you really need.

What matters is not the approach itself, but that the strategies we use are the ones that work best for you, achieving real and sustainable change.

Each person has their own rhythm, story, and tools. My role is to help you discover yours and enhance them.

We answer your questions

How do I know if I need individual therapy?

If you feel that something isn't right, that you're stuck, or that you need tools to better manage some aspect of your life, therapy can help. You don't need to be in crisis to seek professional support.

How long does a therapy process last?

It depends on each person and their goals. Some processes are brief (8-12 sessions), others require more time. What's important is that we work with clear goals and regularly review progress.

What's the difference between online and in-person sessions?

Both modalities are equally effective. Online offers more flexibility and access from anywhere, while in-person may be preferred if you value physical contact. You choose what best fits your situation.

What if I don't feel comfortable in the first sessions?

It's completely normal. The therapeutic relationship is built over time. If after a few sessions you feel we don't connect, we discuss it openly and I can guide you to another professional if necessary.

Are there topics you don't work with in therapy?

I specialize in adults with adaptation issues, anxiety, depression, grief, and self-esteem. I don't work with eating disorders, personality disorders, addictions, or neurodevelopmental issues. If your case requires another specialty, I'll guide you to the right professional.
